Each session is adapted intuitively to your needs. The session will begin with a discussion of any intentions you may have, & how you are feeling on the day. You will then be guided on a deep inner journey through the dreamy & ethereal sounds & vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Quartz Crystal Bowls, tuning forks, drums & chimes. I will work with a combination of tools & instruments which will involve both on & off body treatment, & you will be fully immersed in the vibrations as the bowls will be placed around your body. I will also channel healing energy through my hands & voice to work through you to support you deepen into the release & experience.

If you choose a sound & breathwork healing, the session will also include a gentle yet powerful journey to an expanded state of awareness & higher state of consciousness. Through deep, connected breathing, you will flood your body with oxygen, activating your sympathetic nervous system. This will charge up your body, activating specific belts of muscular tension & emotional patterns. We will use breath as the main tool, with the support of movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression & meditation, to support the release of trapped emotions & chronic tension, stimulating & rebalancing your mind & body.

The session will be calming yet powerful, & each person’s experience will be different but that is the beauty of it! You can expect energetic shifts & release on a physical, mental, emotional & spiritual level. We meet together in complete trust that the body, mind & spirit will receive exactly what is needed.
